Set up your brand and run your first analysis
Our AI-powered extractor visits your site and identifies key information: brand name, industry, business type, products/services, target location, and language. This data drives prompt generation and configures your tracking. The scan typically completes in under 30 seconds.
Once your brand is set up with prompts, go to the Dashboard and click Run Analysis. The system queries AI platforms with your prompts and checks whether and how your brand appears in the responses. You'll see results stream in real-time.
Understand your visibility data
Your visibility score (0–100%) measures how often your brand appears when AI assistants answer questions relevant to your business. A higher score means AI platforms are more likely to mention and recommend your brand to users.
Text Rank (T#)
Position where your brand appears within the AI's response text. T#1 = mentioned first, T#4 = mentioned later.
Source Rank (S#)
Position in the AI's citation/source list. S#1 = first cited source. Not all platforms provide citations.
Data updates each time an analysis run completes. Runs can be scheduled automatically, and you can also trigger a manual run at any time from the dashboard.
Customize what you track
Our AI analyzes your website, industry, and keywords to generate prompts that real users might ask AI assistants. These include questions about your products, services, and industry — the kinds of queries where you'd want your brand to appear. Prompts are organized by topic for easy management.
Yes, on Plus plans and above. Navigate to your brand settings to add custom prompts alongside the auto-generated ones. You can also enable or disable individual prompts to focus your tracking on the queries that matter most.
During each analysis run, we detect not only whether your brand appears, but also which competitors show up in the same AI responses. The Competitors tab shows share of voice comparisons. On Plus plans and above, you can manually add specific competitors to track.

We track your brand visibility across four major AI platforms:

Each AI platform uses different training data, models, and retrieval methods. A brand that ranks well on ChatGPT might not appear on Gemini, and vice versa. This is exactly why multi-platform tracking matters — it gives you a complete picture of your AI visibility across the ecosystem.
Subscriptions, pricing, and payments
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription. You'll be taken to the billing portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method. Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Cancel anytime from the billing portal (Settings → Manage Subscription). Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No data is deleted upon cancellation.
Manage your workspace and collaborators
Go to Settings → Team and enter the email address of the person you want to invite. They'll receive an email invitation to join your workspace. Available seats depend on your plan.

Yes. We use Firebase Authentication for secure login and all data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with strict security rules. Your brand data is only accessible to members of your workspace. We never share your data with third parties.
Yes. During brand setup, we detect your website's language automatically and generate prompts in that language. This ensures we track how your brand appears when users ask questions in your target language and market.
