1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Geopsy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Geopsy provides AI visibility tracking and analytics tools that analyze how brands appear in AI-powered search engines. The Service includes brand monitoring, competitor analysis, and actionable improvement suggestions.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Geopsy and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI visibility scores will lead to specific business outcomes. AI platform responses may change without notice and are outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geopsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the data controller's jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
